Workshop

Come alive with musical offerings and experiences that inspire and educate. Combining listening, playing, and using music as language, through my workshops I can provide a master class or be a guest teacher! Different themes include:

  • Music and Movement for a Healthy Lifestyle (Working with senior citizens)

Songleading

From earth shaking joyous song to soulful meditative chant my all-encompassing song sessions can change the course of your retreat, event, communal gathering, or Friday night service.  Every participant is a songleader and they will certainly feel empowered by singing together in community

Musical Service

I love to bring melodies that uplift and deepen any prayer service or simcha in your community. I’ll work with clergy or leaders currently in your community to manifest a service that will leave your congregants wanting more.

  • Jewish prayer (Shacharit, Mincha, Maariv, Shabbat, etc.)

  • Interfaith events

  • Concert: Jared & Jamie for Havdallah

Residency

In my experience, the longer I spend with participants, the deeper the learning and lasting connection with one’s musical voice. Therefore here are some options for us to spend extended time together:

  • Artist in Residence - Explore various workshops, listed above, connecting participants to liturgy and culture through song and/or deepening access to their own musicality

  • Conference - Invite me to lead various workshops for your conference or retreat!  I can be flexible with content based on the themes of your event.

  • Service Leader - From spirited Kabbalat Shabbat warm-ups, to a soulful Maariv, to Shabbat Morning Yoga / Movement, to creative participation-heavy Havdallah concerts, to Sunday school singalongs, I can involve all ages in your community in moving prayer and song.
